2、International orders and returns:
International orders cannot be returned. In addition, since international orders use freight forwarders, shipping times may vary due to longer shipping times and shipments from inventory located in China. Shipping/delivery times for international orders cannot be guaranteed. 

3、Is the package insured?
By default, all international shipments are insured. We provide insurance for loss of delivery, damage during transit and shortages, such as the loss of certain items. We need some proof (usually photographs) from the consignee to make a claim. We will settle all claims 45 days after shipment. We have to wait 30 days to make sure that the delivery is not misdelivered.
